Alistair Hargreaves (born 29 April 1986 in Durban, South Africa) is a rugby union player for the Sharks in the Super 14 competition. He plays as a lock. He attended the Durban High School, where he was captain of rugby and headboy in 2004. He represented the first XV from 2002 to 2004. He captained the SA schools side in 2004. He represented the SA o/19 side to the o/19 World Cup in 2004 and 2005. He captained the winning 2005 side. He represented the o/21 SA side in 2006.
